Master of Health Administration, MHA

Course and Degree Plans

The Master of Health Administration program requires students to take 36-credit hours:  8 core comprehensive courses, 3 electives, and either an administrative residency or a strategic planning capstone as the one experiential course.

The curriculum is competency-based and provides students with both the educational and professional foundation for advancement in health administration.

Students may apply and be accepted in fall and spring semesters and their degree plan reflects their starting semester as well as their part/full-time status. Effective Fall 2023 Applicants: A personal interview with admission committee member(s) will be required if applicant meets other requirements.
