Alumni House (ALH)

Located at the main entrance of the Tyler campus, the UT Tyler Alumni House & Janis and David King Alumni Green serve as event and meeting spaces for UT Tyler faculty and staff, registered student organizations, and community members. The 10,000+ square foot Alumni House features two (2) large reservable rooms on the main floor: the Ralph Spence Board Room & Gallery and the Rod and Merle Mabry Dining Room. The second floor is home to professional offices, including the office of Alumni Engagement and University Advancement.

The UT Tyler Alumni House serves as a tribute to our growing base of alumni, and the project was made possible by the generosity of our donors.

UT Tyler faculty and staff can request the Alumni House & King Green using Astra. Registered student organizations need to use Patriots Engage. Quick video tutorials can be found here.

Registered student organizations need to request space through Patriots Engage. Patriot Engage Training Video Tutorials are available if needed. Video tutorials to Navigate Scheduling Grid in Astra are available as well.

Community members are welcome to rquest the Alumni House for board meetings, trainings, small conferences, etc. The King Alumni Green is a great location for a large, tented event. Please use the Alumni House & King Green Online Request Form for Community Members form to request space. A quick video tutorial can be found here.
